By invitation or try out only.Gymnastics is unique in that it is an individual sport as well as a team sport. Our goal is to produce a successful individual athlete while fostering the attitudes and work ethic that will result in success at the team level. We believe that the cornerstone of building a strong athlete and team is respect.

We offer Co-Ed All Star Cheerleading for those cheerleaders who wish to “take it to the next level.” Practice is 2-3 days a week. Yes, you can cheer on your high school team and participate in our program! Athletes are placed on teams according to skill level. All are welcome to try. Call for more information.

Team gymnastics for those who do not wish the time or financial commitment of our USAG team. Gymnasts compete individualized routines locally and close to home. Practice is 5 1/2 hours per week. Call for more information
