Of course we have a fun yet structured recreational gymnastics program. We have classes for toddlers, boys only, beginning and intermediate tumbling, adult fitness, and all ages in between. The first class is FREE! There is a $35 annual registration fee. The cost is $50 for a 50 minute jam-packed class. Family and multiple class discounts |

We offer All Star Cheerleading for those cheerleaders who wish to “take it to the next level.” This competitive team practices three times a week and the focus is on proper technique in tumbling and stunting. We have awesome tumbling classes to assist in getting those bigger skills! |

Adult fitness is a loosely structured work out that allows each student to work the skills that they want in a safe and fun class. We can spot all events. No leotard required. Class is Co-Ed. |

Adult Class |

This high energy class if for boys ages 6 and up and focuses on the stuff that boys like to do. There is lots of tumbling, vaulting, ring work, and general controlled mayhem. We keep them safe while allowing them to work their skills. |
